01Quality PUF panels and refrigeration equipment last many years, so relocating them is often far cheaper and faster than buying new. A carefully moved cold room can be running at your new premises within days, which keeps disruption to your business low.
Before the move, we inspect the existing room and equipment and tell you honestly whether anything should be replaced. Old door gaskets, tired fan motors or a compressor near the end of its life are easier to upgrade during relocation than later.
02We visit both the old and the new site to check access, power supply, floor conditions and where the condensing unit can be placed. If the new space is a different shape, we redesign the layout using the existing panels plus any additional panels required.
The move is scheduled around your operations. Stock can be shifted to temporary storage while the room is moved, and in many cases the old room keeps running until the new site is ready.
03If you are closing a site or replacing an old room, we also provide dismantling and removal only, including refrigerant recovery, disconnection of electrical supply and clearing of panels and equipment from the premises.
