01Dust, humidity and high ambient temperatures make condensing units work harder here than in cooler countries. A condenser coil clogged with dust can raise energy consumption noticeably and push the compressor towards overheating. Regular cleaning and checks keep the system running inside its comfortable range.
Maintenance also protects your compliance. Auditors for HACCP, GMP and halal certification look for evidence that temperature equipment is serviced and that probes are accurate. Our reports give you that record.
02We offer monthly, quarterly and half-yearly visits depending on how critical your room is and how harsh its environment is. Busy seafood and meat stores often choose monthly checks, while a small chiller room in a clean environment may only need servicing every three or six months.
Contract customers receive priority when a breakdown happens, and many small issues found during visits are fixed on the spot before they grow into expensive failures.
03Each visit includes a visual inspection of panels, doors and seals, cleaning of coils, checking of fans, measurement of refrigerant pressures and temperatures, testing of defrost and alarms, tightening of electrical connections and a review of the controller settings. We finish by recording all readings in your service report.
