01Call us early if you notice the room temperature drifting above setpoint, the compressor running without stopping, heavy ice on the evaporator coil, water leaking onto the floor, unusual noises from the outdoor unit or frost forming around the door. Small faults caught early are usually quick and inexpensive to fix.
Waiting often turns a simple repair into a major one. A small refrigerant leak can starve the compressor of oil and cooling. A blocked drain can flood and freeze the evaporator. A failed defrost heater can let ice crush the fins of the coil.
02When you call or WhatsApp, a technician asks a few quick questions to understand the symptoms and the stock at risk. If needed, we guide you on protecting stock while we travel, such as keeping doors closed or moving critical items. On site we check electrical supply, pressures, temperatures and controls to find the true cause rather than just resetting the system.
We carry common parts such as contactors, capacitors, fan motors, sensors and controllers. If a compressor or larger component is needed, we explain the options and costs before proceeding.
03Our team works on walk-in freezers, chiller rooms, blast freezers and the condensing units that serve them, including systems installed by other contractors. Whether your room uses scroll, semi-hermetic or hermetic compressors, we can diagnose and repair it.
